Freedom of Information Act
State's Attorney is not a "public body" subject to Illinois Freedom of Information Act. The Act's definition of "public body" does not include judicial bodies, and legislature's use of term "judicial" is broad enough to include and entity created under Illinois constitution's judicial article. Thus, legislative intent to include office of State's Attorney within Act's definition of "public body" cannot be inferred. (McLAREN and HUTCHINSON, concurring.)
