Decedent executed a will devising all her property into a trust. Pursuant to will, one adult daughter of decedent was appointed executor of estate and also succeeded decedent as trustee of trust. Once that daughter, as trustee of the trust, requested instructions from probate judge pertaining to a trust matter, she submitted the trust and herself as trustee to jurisdiction of probate court.
