Defendant was convicted, after bench trial, of weapons and drug charges. Under one-act, one-crime rule, unlawful possession of weapon by felon conviction must be vacated, as that charge and aggravated unlawful possession of a weapon charge are both based on same physcail act of Defendant possessing gun on or about his person.
