Illinois Appellate Court
Civil Court
Child Custody
Court properly admitted into evidence custody evaluator's Section 604(b) report; trial court specifically explained basis for its finding and noted that even without written evaluation, evaluator's testimony was credible and corroborated by other witnesses. Court properly admitted evaluator's testimony; expert stated that he made his recommendations based on personal observation, and interviews with others. Court properly denied motion for substitution of judge for cause, as court gave issue of child custody utmost consideration without input from extrajudicial source. (BURKE and HUTCHINSON, concurring.)
