Substitution of Judge
A party has an absolute right to a substitution of judge. Court is without authority to inquire as to motivation for seeking substitution, so long as statutory conditions are met and it is not shown that substitution is sought to delay or avoid trial. (KNECHT and HARRIS, concurring.)
