Summary Judgment
Widow sued for husband's lung cancer from exposure to asbestos during his word as radioman in Navy in late 1950s. Court properly granted summary judgment for Defendants, as Plaintiff could not show that decedent had frequency, regularity and proximity to asbestos materials to create genuine issue of material fact. Evidence showed decedent did not regulary work in area where asbestos-containing products were frequently used, but worked in a compartmentalized ship. (STEIGMANN and KNECHT, concurring.)
