Statutory exclusion of certain noneconomic compensatory damages, in Alienation of Affections Act and Criminal Conversation Act is constitutional. Although each act expressly limits damages to actual, compensatory damages, each act does not guarantee compensation for all actual damages. Imposition of statutory exclusion does not discriminate against any one person or group within similarly situated individuals whose marital and familial interests are at stake.(HUDSON and BIRKETT, concurring.)
