Court properly held that Defendant towing company did not have a lien for towing and storage of an auto owned by estate of homicide victim; sheriff's department had ordered vehicle towed and impounded, and released its hold on vehicle 11 months later. Lien did not attach to vehicle, per Section 4-204 of Vehicle, Code, for towing and storage fees.(WELCH and CHAPMAN, concurring.)
