Involuntary Administration of Medication
Court entered order authorizing involuntary administration of psychotropic medication and testing for up to 90 days. Court failed to comply with Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Code by allowing Respondent's doctors to administer unspecified tests. A court may not delegate its duty to assess risks and benefits of tests to treating physicians, by allowing them to admnister unspecified tests as they see fit.
