Teachers for Chicago Board of Education living outside of Cook County were properly terminated for continual violation of Board’s residency requirement. Although Board had failed to vigorously enforce requirement until recently and enforced it unequally as to other employees, Board gave warning of change in enforcement. Employee's violation of residency requirement is valid basis for discharge.(HOFFMAN and CUNNINGHAM, concurring.)
