Corporations
Plaintiffs obtained default judgment for $421,582 against corporation for violation of Illinois Trade Secrets Act. Plaintiffs were unable to collect, and then filed separation action seeking to pierce corporate veil and to collect judgment directly from individual defendant, alleging that he created corporation as a sham corporation through which he obtained Plaintiff's recipes and customer lists. Plaintiff's complaint, viewed in light most favorable to Plaintiffs and accepting all well-pleaded facts and reasonable inferences therefrom as true, is sufficient to survive Section 2-615 dismissal.(HOWSE and LAVIN, concurring.)
