Court erred in entering order that Respondent be administered involuntary psychotropic medication. Evidence at trial was conflicting as to Respondent's willingness to take medication; Respondent testified that he was willing to take safe, reliable medication and was concerned about side effects such as suicidal or homicidal thoughts. State failed to show that all medications Respondents was willing to take would be inappropriate to treat his condition, and thus failed to prove that less restrictive services had been explored and found inappropriate.
