When an employee who was injured on the job and is unable to return to work as a result of workers' compensation carrier's delay in approving medical treatment, his claim for lost wages falls within exclusivity provision of Worker's compensation Act, and cannot be recovered in subsequently-filed retaliatory discharge claim.
