Court properly dismissed Plaintiff's complaint seeking production of records from County Sheriff per FOIA, disclosing vehicles and persons who were subjects of LEADS inquiries made by Sheriff's teenage son. Regulations for LEADS in Administrative Code specifically prohibit Sheriff from disclosing information regarding inquiries performed by LEADS users. Public is not entitled to view or possess data transmitted through or stored in LEADS. (BIRKETT and SPENCE, concurring.)
