Dissolution of Marriage
In dissolution proceeding, court erred in finding that husband did not dissipate account (into which large amounts of money had been deposited during marriage) during irreconcilable breakdown of marriage; wife testified as to her unhappiness at the time, including that husband was physically abusive and refused to purchase plane ticket for her to attend her cousin's wedding in London although he knew wedding was very important to wife. Funds contributed to husband's 401(k) account prior to marriage were nonmarital property. (McDADE and WRIGHT, concurring.)
