Substantial compliance is sufficient for section 21-385 of Property Tax Code, in petition to vacate tax sale under Section 21-310(a)(5) of Tax Code. Petitioner did substantially comply with Section 21-385; although he misstated by a few days the date of sale and two of the three dates of extended period of redemption, no indication in record that property owner or anyone else was prejudiced by those misstatements.
