Administrative Review
A complaint for administrative review filed by a corporation's non-attorney president, on behalf of the corporation, is not a nullity because of the president's status as a non-attorney. The lack of an attorney's signature on a complaint for administrative review filed on behalf of a corporation is not jurisdictional, and does not render the complaint null and void or mandate dismissal in all instances. (FREEMAN, GARMAN, and THEIS, concurring.)
