Jackson-Hicks v. The East St. Louis Board of Election Commissioners

Candidate for municipal office is not entitled to have his or her name on ballot if election board has properly calculated and announced minimum number of valid signatures required by statute to support candidate's nominating petition, but petition falls short of legally-mandated threshold.
