This full day seminar provides a comprehensive overview of various charitable planning techniques. Beginning with a brief overview of what charitable planning means, this program covers a wide range of topics including charitable remainder annuity trusts (CRAT), charitable remainder unitrusts (CRUT), charitable lead annuity trusts (CLAT), private foundations, charitable gift annuities, donor-advised funds, and income and estate tax limitations. The program closes with a brief panel discussion that not only wraps up the topics discussed, but also allows for a question and answer period. The seminar is designed for beginning to intermediate level trust & estate professionals, small and closely-held business attorneys, financial planners, and accountants.
