Robert J. Kriss is a partner in the Chicago office of Mayer Brown, LLP, where he has a national practice focusing on complex commercial, class action and intellectual property litigation.  He has handled include claims based upon breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, product warranty, business torts, securities fraud and patent and trademark infringement.  He has served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Northwestern University School of Law since 2002, teaching trial advocacy. He has also been recognized in Who's Who in the World, Who's Who In American Law, Who's Who In America and The Best Lawyers in America. Mr. Kriss received his B.A., summa cum laude, from Harvard University and his J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School.
