Master the basics of administering a decedent’s probate estate with this full-day seminar as respected estate planning practitioners guide you through a number of topics, including: meeting with the client; opening the estate; claims against the estate; federal estate tax updates; related income tax matters; distributing assets; and closing the estate. A discussion on ethical estate administration is also included. The program is designed for attorneys who are newer to probate practice, as well as those who need a refresher course on probate estate basics.
