This full-day seminar examines a broad spectrum of workers’ compensation issues, including psychological injuries, wage differential claims, permanent disability law, recent case law updates, appeals, and ethical considerations. The program includes the professional perspective of an appellate justice on the right and wrong way to present a case to the commission and appellate court. The program is designed for workers’ compensation practitioners with advanced levels of experience.

This segment examines the compensability of claims in psychological injuries resulting from workers’ compensation cases and includes a discussion on relevant case law issues.
