CLE Pricing Policy for a Legal Services Attorney

A Legal Services Attorney may attend specified ISBA Law Ed programs at a reduced fee of $25 for ISBA members and at a reduced fee of $75 for half day programs and $100 for full day programs for non-ISBA members (there is an additional charge if lunch is served), if the attorney submits to ISBA a written request to attend the program, at least 10 days prior to the program, with documentation that the attorney:

1. works for a not-for-profit, non-governmental organization whose mission is to provide quality civil legal assistance to low-income persons; and
2. works in either:
   1. a full-time position; or
   2. a part-time position and the attorney receives no income through the practice of law, unless the income is paid by the Legal Services entity.
