What is the ISBA Unlimited Law Ed Passport?

  • The ISBA Unlimited Law Ed Passport – Live is an annual subscription that allows purchasers to attend unlimited live, onsite CLE programs sponsored by the Illinois State Bar Association.
  • The ISBA Unlimited Law Ed Passport – Online is an annual subscription that allows purchasers to attend unlimited online streaming, podcast, and webcast CLE programs through ISBA’s FastCLE Store.

What is included with my ISBA Unlimited Law Ed Passport subscription?

  • The ISBA Unlimited Law Ed Passport – Live allows registered subscribers to attend all ISBA live onsite programming except the ISBA Solo & Small Firm Conference, CLE Fests, multi-day programs, teleseminars, outside programs in which ISBA is a co-sponsor (not the lead sponsor), and Master Series programs. Live webcasts are also excluded. As an added bonus, however, all registered ISBA Unlimited Law Ed Passport – Live subscribers will receive a $10 discount when registering for any ISBA Teleseminar program.
     
  • The ISBA Unlimited Law Ed Passport – Online grants registered subscribers access to all ISBA online streaming, webcast and podcast programs. DVDs, CD-ROMs, teleseminar programs, and Master Series programs are excluded from the subscription. As an added bonus, however, all registered ISBA Unlimited Law Ed Passport – Online subscribers will receive a $10 discount when registering for any ISBA Teleseminar program.

What is the life-span of the ISBA Law Ed Passport?

You may enroll at any time, but both the ISBA Unlimited Law Ed Passport – Live and the ISBA Unlimited Law Ed Passport – Online are good from now through June 30, 2012, regardless of when you enroll. The earlier you enroll in the passport program, the more opportunities you will have to take advantage of this huge savings offer. Partial/pro-rated purchases will not be available.

Is the ISBA Unlimited Law Ed Passport transferable?

No. The ISBA Unlimited Law Ed Passport is non-transferable. Only the registered subscriber may use the passport to attend unlimited live programs, access unlimited online CLE programs, and receive MCLE credit for each program attended.

May I cancel my ISBA Unlimited Law Ed Passport?

No. This offer is a subscription-based unlimited offer. For this reason, all sales are final. There will be no full or partial refunds.

As an “ISBA Unlimited Law Ed Passport – Live” subscriber, may I register at the door as a walk-in to live onsite programs?

No. Pre-registration is required. By requiring pre-registration, we are able to verify your status as a passport subscriber and ensure enough space at the program for all attendees.

What happens if I register for a program but am unable to attend last minute?

We understand that things come up and plans occasionally change; however, keep in mind that often a program fills to capacity, resulting in other ISBA Members being placed on a waiting list. In light of this, if you are unable to participate in a program, please cancel your registration as soon as possible so that others may attend.

NOTE: Program materials will be made available to ISBA Unlimited Law Ed Passport subscribers only when attending a program (applicable to both live and online passport subscribers). Course books and materials will not be sent to Passport Subscribers who cancel registration or simply fail to show up for a program. For those unable to attend, course books for on-site programs may be purchased for a nominal fee by calling 1-800-252-8908.
