Yes. To enable members to enter members-only areas without having to type in a username and password each time, our site issues a "cookie" to your browser the first time you enter this information. Thereafter, when you pass through a password gate, our server asks your computer if it has this cookie. No other information is requested or collected.

Q. I'm having trouble logging on to the members-only portion of the ISBA Web site. What do I do?

A. First, be sure to enter your last name and ISBA member number at the prompt (your member number is the four-to-seven-digit number at the top of your Illinois Bar Journal mailing label).

If that doesn't work, or if you don't know your member number, ask Jean Fenski for help at jfenski@isba.org or (217)525-1760.

If you're not a member, use our online form to join ISBA now and begin taking advantage of our many member benefits.
