Illinois Retailers' Occupation Tax revised May 2009 Illinois Law Update, Page 226 The Illinois Department of revenue revised the retailers' occupation tax as it relates to fly-away aircrafts and taxes charged by hotels and similar establishments for the rental of meeting, conference, banquet, and other similar types of rooms when food and beverages are provided. 86 Ill Adm Code 130.

Department of Revenue amends rules governing income taxes in Illinois April 2009 Illinois Law Update, Page 174 The Department of Revenue amended several sections and added two new sections to Ill Adm Code 100. The updates implement the amendments made to the Illinois Income Tax Act (IITA) (35 ILCS 5).
Illinois Grain Code updated April 2009 Illinois Law Update, Page 174 The Department of Agriculture updated the state's Grain Code to establish a single system of governmental regulation for the Illinois grain industry. 8 Ill Adm Code 281.
Community Care Program updated March 2009 Illinois Law Update, Page 122 The Department on Aging amended Title 89 Ill Adm Code 240, which regulates social services and governs the Illinois Community Care Program.
Department of Human Services Act amended. PA 095-0998 March 2009 Illinois Law Update, Page 122 The Illinois General Assembly has amended the Department of Human Services Act by adding and deleting language in Section 10-10, and adding Section 10-60. 20 ILCS 1305/10-10, 10-60.
New life insurance standards for reserve liabilities and nonforfeiture values March 2009 Illinois Law Update, Page 122 The Department of Financial and Professional Regulation added a new Part to Title 50 entitled,Preneed Life Insurance Minimum Standards for Determining Reserve Liabilities and Nonforfeiture Values. 50 Ill Adm Code 1414, 32 Ill Reg. 19725. 
Amendments made to safety standards for construction of Types I and II school buses February 2009 Illinois Law Update, Page 70 To ensure that public and private agencies are cognizant of and meet minimum safety standards related to vehicle construction, the Department of Transportation made several amendments to Parts 440 and 442 of Title 92 of the Illinois Administrative Code.

New responsibilities for Electronic Registration and Titling Service Providers January 2009 Illinois Law Update, Page 16 The Secretary of State amended section 1010.245 of Title 92, which deals with certificates of title and the registration of vehicles.
