Designed to equip attorneys to represent servicemembers in the legal issues they face before, during and after deployment, this program will give an overview of the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) and the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA). Practical considerations pertaining to family law and servicemembers as well as VA benefits will also be addressed.
