Our speaker will explain the role of the ARDC in appointing a receivership registration status with ARDC if a lawyer is unable to properly discharge his/her responsibilities to clients due to disability, disappearance or death, and no partner, associate executor or other responsible party is capable of conducting the lawyer’s affairs. Mr. Cesario will also discuss the different registration categories provided by ARDC in Supreme Court Rule 756 and how those categories impact your status with the ARDC
