In today’s climate, understanding the issues surrounding corporate ethics is vital. Identifying issues for your client (whether in-house or outside counsel) will make you more valuable to your client in risk mitigation efforts. Names such as Enron should resonate with every attorney and business partner. Speakers include well-known, experienced attorneys who will share their knowledge and show you how to leverage your position to make an impact on corporate ethics.
This program is an introduction to corporate ethics. It will be useful to many attorneys, especially in-house corporate lawyers, sole practitioners who provide counsel or desire to provide counsel to corporations, lawyers in mid-sized and large firms who counsel corporations, and newly admitted lawyers and seasoned practitioners who wish to expand their knowledge of corporate law practice.
