Being independent is very important to the elderly.  This presentation will explore housing benefits that are available and the possible pitfalls attorneys might find along way.

With the elderly population on the rise, it is likely that many attorneys have or will represent elderly clients. This program will address issues specific to the practice of elder law, health care law, real estate law and general practice. Topics include housing options and solutions for older clients who do not need long-term care in a nursing facility in addition to options for those who prefer to stay in their own homes.
