So what is next?  This program will address topics that will help young lawyers, solo practitioners, associates and partners through their early years of practice. Civil practice, basic motion practice, procedures used from arrest through bail and basic divorce are the topics to be discussed.

Our speaker will provide participants with a comprehensive look at civil practice and basic motion practice. The discussion will address applicable rules of civil procedure and motions that will work most effectively for certain cases.

What does a basic divorce involve? This session will cover the process from filing a petition for dissolution of marriage to the entry of the judgment for dissolution.  Our speaker will talk about her experience in family law and discuss the best ways to help your client through this difficult time.
