This program will take a thorough look at issues regarding your client’s drivers license. Topics will include administrative driver’s license proceedings, how a person loses driving privileges, getting those privileges restored, the Breath Alcohol Ignition Interlock Device, Monitoring Device Driving Permit Program, implied consent hearings, an update on commercial driver’s licensing, multiple offenders with out-of-state convictions, Problem Driver Point System and ethical issues in representing clients in Secretary of State Matters. There will also be a lunch presentation on the Secretary of State ethics program.
