An outstanding panel of speakers will address an array of topics on civility and professionalism, including handling transactions from concept to closing, practicing civility in courtroom proceedings, addressing conduct which is not civil, keeping diversity in mind and practice, managing stress properly and effectively, dealing with issues of addiction, and how the legal profession is doing.
The course is designed to help attorneys meet the four-hour Professional Responsibility MCLE requirement in an interesting and stimulating format featuring presentations and discussions by a number of the top speakers on these topics.
