Due to global economic downturn, clients are looking for ways to cut costs and maximize the value of their intellectual property. Designed for attorneys with varying levels of experience in international law, this program examines the various ways attorneys can represent clients interested in seeking protection of their intellectual property outside of the United States. Our distinguished speakers have experience in successfully decreasing costs in all areas of intellectual property practice while maintaining the same level of service and protection regarding their clients’ intellectual property portfolios. Topics include filing strategies for International Patent and International Trademark applications, maximizing the value of a client’s Patent and/or Trademark portfolio by reducing costs, avoiding complications during patent and trademark prosecution, as well as ethical issues, such as attorney-client privilege and fraud before patent offices.
