On July 1, 2009, the Supreme Court adopted a number of changes to the Rules of Professional Conduct! These changes are effective January 1, 2010. This program provides a comprehensive overview of those changes, and includes a discussion on how these changes will affect the practice of Illinois attorneys. The program is designed for all attorneys currently practicing in the State of Illinois.
