Unlike the many programs that are designed to educate practitioners on the new Illinois Rules of Professional Conduct, this seminar is geared explicitly for the government attorney. Many of the new changes don’t affect government lawyers, whereas some of the new rules are only applicable to them. The purpose of this program is to provide a comprehensive overview of those changes that directly affect government attorneys by answering two important questions: What has changed? What has stayed the same?
