Ever wonder how ISBA committees and section councils (the section’s governing board) are chosen? They’re appointed each spring by the ISBA President-Elect. Ever thought you might like to serve? If you’re an ISBA member, you’re encouraged to nominate yourself or a fellow member for council or committee service. Not every volunteer is appointed – there are more volunteers than available slots – but why not give it a try?
The deadline for nominations for the 2013-2014 bar year was February 1, 2013.
