Sections

ISBA members have the opportunity to join Sections that each focus on a substantive area of law, or help with the the business of law.

Young Lawyers Division

The Young Lawyers Division is free to all members under the age of 36 on the first day of the new fiscal year and members who have been admitted to practice less than five years.

Law Students

Law students can join the ISBA at a special rate of $12 per year and have automatic membership in the Young Lawyers Division.

Committees

ISBA Standing Committees are authorized by the ISBA Board of Governors or the Assembly, and members of most committees are appointed by the ISBA President.

Task Forces
