Black History tours scheduled

The Cook County Circuit Court will conduct several free tours of the Richard J. Daley Center in Chicago this month in recognition of Black History Month.

They will begin in the west lobby, near Randolph and Clark Streets, at 10 a.m. Tuesday through Friday, Feb. 19-22, and Monday through Wednesday, Feb. 25-27.

Co-sponsors are the Illinois Judicial Council, the Cook County Bar Association and the Black Women Lawyers Association of Greater Chicago.

Each tour is limited to 35 people. Reservations should be made by calling Melanie Wheeler at (312) 603-3587 or the public affairs office at (312) 603-1927.
