Mediation seminar is May 8“Fishbowl Mediation of a Commercial Case,” a free brown-bag luncheon seminar, will take place from 12 noon to 1:45 p.m. Thursday, May 8, in courtroom 2005 of the Richard J. Daley Center. Speakers include John Cooley and James Sullivan. The series of court-annexed mediation programs is being conducted by the Cook County Circuit Court Law and Chancery Divisions, with co-sponsorship by the ISBA Alternative Dispute Resolution Section. On Thursday, June 12, the topic will be “Strategic Mediation Advocacy: Creating Competitive Advantage for Your Client and Your Firm.” Speakers are Diane Neuhauser, managing partner of Neuhauser, Lee, Schwartz & Associates, and Steven L. Schwartz, managing principal of ADR Solutions.
