ISBA travel programs listed

Swiss Alps, Salzburg

Representatives of GoNext, the ISBA-affiliated travel coordinator, were present at the 132nd annual meeting in St. Louis to take reservations for “Spectacular Swiss Alps and Salzburg,” the fall travel program of President Jack C. Carey.

Scheduled from Sept. 6 to 14, the trip begins with a reception and visits in the Salzburg area to highlights such as Mozart’s home and music, and historic Berchtesgaden.

Transferring Sept. 10 to Davos, Switzerland, via Innsbruck, Austria, participants can choose from options that include a tour of Lucerne and a glacier express venture to St. Moritz.

Prices for the land program at $1,549 per person, double or triple occupancy, include first-class hotels in Salzburg and Davos, president’s welcoming reception, daily continental breakfast, scenic transfers, experienced guides, and farewell dinner.

Airfare, if included with land program, is $1,299 per person, including all fuel surcharges, taxes and security fees in effect as of Dec. 1, 2007.

Paris next on agenda

ISBA President Jack C. Carey has announced that Paris, the “City of Lights,” is the destination for his spring travel program. Call GoNext at (800) 842-9023 for details.

Scheduled from April 18 to 26, the trip will based for seven nights at the Marriott Rive Gauche Hotel, with optional excursions to the Louvre, Moulin Rouge, Versailles, Giverny, Normandy, chateau and champagne country.

The price of $1,899 per person, double occupancy for the land program only includes hotel accommodations, daily breakfast, welcome reception and farewell dinner. Airfare is additional.
