Legal aid officers elected

Three legal assistance agencies - the Chicago Volunteer Legal Services Foundation, the Lawyers' Committee for Better Housing, and Lawyers for the Creative Arts - recently installed new officers.

Brenton W. Vincent of Bell, Boyd & Lloyd, Chicago, is the new president of CVLS. He succeeds L. Robert Guenthner III of Sonnenschein, Nath & Rosenthal.

Other CVLS officers are F. Ellen Duff of Winston & Strawn, vice president of finance; Joanna K. Horsnail of Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw, vice president of development; Howard B. Yussman of the Illinois Appellate Court, vice president of client services, and Kelly Martin Warner of Schiff Hardin, secretary.

New officers of LCBH are President Nancy Loeb, Vice President Anthony Hopp, Secretary Sharon King, Treasurer Andrea Townson, and Assistant Treasurer Candace Armstrong.

The organization's offices recently relocated to suite 1800 at 100 W. Monroe, Chicago.

Linda Susan Mensch is president of Lawyers for the Creative Arts. Vice presidents are Carol Anne Been, Michael A. Clark, Alan S. Dalinka and Jerry W. Glover.

John Thompson Brown is secretary, and Jan Feldman is treasurer. William H. Frankel is past president.
