ABA election set

The ISBA Assembly will elect two at-large delegates to the American Bar Association House of Delegates during its meeting on Saturday, Dec. 13, at the Sheraton Chicago Hotel.

Both incumbent delegates - ISBA past presidents Timothy L. Bertschy of Peoria, from outside Cook County, and Cheryl I. Niro of Chicago, from Cook County - are eligible for re-election.

Delegates elected by the Assembly will serve two-year terms that begin in June 2009. They will join the ISBA delegation in August during the ABA Annual Meeting in Chicago.
