UniCare signup to end Dec. 31

Each December, an open enrolment period provides the only opportunity for ISBA members to take part in the bar-sponsored UniCare HMO plan administered by March Affinity Group Services.

Eligible attorneys are those who practice in Cook, DuPage, Lake, Kane, Kankakee, McHenry and Will Counties in Illinois, and Lake and Porter Counties in Indiana.

Interested members may contact Marsh at (800) 503-9230 to obtain a schedule of benefits, an enrolment form and a provider handbook. Applications must be signed in the month of December and mailed before Dec. 31.

Marsh representatives will be present to answer questions from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 12, during the ISBA Midyear Meeting in the Sheraton Chicago Hotel.
