ATG Trust marks 10th year as client services provider

ATG Trust Co., a subsidiary of Attorneys’ Title Guaranty Fund, recently celebrated the 10th anniversary of its founding as an independent trust service provider that focuses on the special relationship between attorneys and clients.

“This anniversary is a great milestone for ATG Trust,” said President Robert R. Lopardo, who has more than 30 years of experience in trust and estate administration, taxation and investment management.

“Our 400 member attorneys have come to rely on and partner with us,” he added. “Earning the confidence of these attorneys and their clients is very gratifying.”

Established in 1998, ATG Trust offers expertise in developing high-quality, goal-driven, professionally constructed and monitored investment plans and estate planning services. It has no financial products to sell.

Support services for attorneys include trust and investment forms and documents, structured transaction services, education and training, investment information for clients, and newsletters that cover relevant issues.

Support services for consumers include trustee of inter vivos and testamentary trusts, life insurance trusts, Illinois land trusts, qualified retirement plans and individual retirement accounts.

Also guardianship of estates of minors and disabled adults, and executor or administrator of decedents’ estates, and issuer of probate and fidelity bonds.
