Mental Health Law Day slated

The ISBA Committee on Mental Health Law has scheduled its annual Mental Health Law Day program on Wednesday, May 13. It will take place from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Thorne Auditorium at the Northwestern University School of Law.

Co-sponsors include the Children and Family Justice Center, the Illinois Guardianship and Advocacy Commission, and the Chicago law firm of Monahan & Cohen. Joseph T. Monahan is past chair of the committee.

The current committee chair is Nora A. Byrne, senior associate general counsel of Resurrection Health Care, which also is a co-sponsor.
