Abbey reservation block opens

Early reservations for the 133rd ISBA Annual Meeting are being taken by The Abbey Resort in Fontana, Wis. The dates are Thursday through Saturday, June 25-27.

In addition to business meetings of section councils and committees, the annual banquet will be held Friday night. John G. O’Brien of Arlington Heights will succeed Jack C. Carey of Belleville as ISBA president. The Assembly meeting will take place Saturday morning.

Call The Abbey at (800) 772-1000 and identify yourself as a participant in the Annual Meeting. The rate is $189 per night (plus tax), single or double, and an advance deposit for the first night of lodging is required.

Reservations must be made by May 25, after which accommodations will be subject to availability. Deposits will be forfeited unless cancellations are made at least seven days before the scheduled arrival date.

Guests may check in after 4 p.m. and must check out by 12 noon of the last day of lodging.

Overflow accommodations have been blocked at The Lodge at Geneva Ridge on State Road 50. The rate is $169 per night (plus tax), single or double. Call (800) 709-1315.
