Appleseed benefit is March 26

The Chicago Appleseed Fund for Justice will hold a Celebrating Pro Bono Leadership in Chicago benefit on Thursday, March 26, at the Inter-Continental Hotel, Chicago.

A 6 p.m. reception and 7:30 p.m. dinner will precede the program and award presentations to Winston & Strawn, Stanley J. Adelman of DLA Piper, and Huron Consulting Group. Board member Timothy J. Mayopoulos will be keynote speaker.

Chicago attorney Frank M. Clark, chair and CEO of ComEd, will receive the Cardinal Bernardin Award from the Chicago Legal Clinic during its annual benefit dinner on Friday, May 15, at the Hilton Hotel.

The clinic’s Pro Bono Award will be presented to Katrina A. Crafton, Stephanie L. Poulos and Todd A. Solomon of McDermott, Will & Emery. Jeffrey W. Morof and George Jackson III will accept the Charles J. O’Laughlin Memorial Award on behalf of the law firm of Bryan Cave.
