Cable programs explain rights

Separate ISBA cable television programs on two diverse human rights topics are being broadcast this month at 10 p.m. Tuesdays on Chicago Access Network channel 21.

“Rights of Undocumented Immigrant Women” is scheduled June 16 and June 30. Speakers are Chicago attorneys Mary L. Sfasciotti and Susan Fortino-Brown, along with Nora Phillips of the Legal Assistance Foundation of Metropolitan Chicago.

“Rights of LGBT Students” may be seen June 23. Speakers are Chicago attorney Richard A. Wilson and John A. Knight of the Roger Baldwin Foundation of ACLU Illinois.

Gilda Hudson-Winfield of Chicago, a member of the ISBA General Practice, Solo and Small Firm Section Council, is the moderator for both programs.
