Paul Rink accepted a temporary assignment as the public member. Mr. Rink's appointment expires December 31, 2002.

Industrial Commission, 2001 WL 1104708, the appellate court had occasion to consider a case that had reached the circuit court for the second time after two different decisions by the Industrial Commission.
